Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Smooter One. However, because electric vehicles involve complex components, our return policy is designed to be fair to both the rider and the brand.
The “14-Day” Peace of Mind
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your Smooter One must meet the following “As New” criteria:
Mileage: The odometer must read less than 5 km.
Condition: No scratches, dents, or signs of usage.
Registration: The scooter must NOT have been registered with the Traffic Authority (Moroor). Once a vehicle is registered, it cannot be returned.
Packaging: Must include the original box, Type 2 charging cable,
Refund & Return Flow
Important Exceptions
Battery Health: Returns will not be accepted if the battery cells have been damaged by being left at 0% charge for extended periods (Deep Discharge).
Modified Units: Any tampering with the motor or internal wiring voids the return policy.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee applies to all “Change of Mind” returns to cover the cost of a 25-point technical inspection.
