These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of the Smooter electric scooter. By purchasing or using a Smooter, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the product or our services.
2. Eligibility and Safety Requirements
To operate a Smooter, users should:

Wear a helmet and appropriate safety gear at all times.

Acknowledge that riding an electric scooter involves inherent risks, including injury or death.
3. Proper Use and Maintenance

Compliance: You agree to follow all local traffic laws and regulations regarding e-scooters.

Prohibited Use: The Smooter is not intended for stunts, off-road racing, or carrying more than one person.

Modifications: Any unauthorized modification to the motor, battery, or firmware voids the warranty and may create a safety hazard.
4. Limited Warranty
We stand by our build quality. Smooter provides a 1 Year limited warranty covering:

Manufacturing defects in the frame and motor.

Battery performance issues (outside of normal wear and tear).

Note: The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, water immersion, or neglect.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obyan L.L.C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
Important: The user assumes all risk for injuries or property damage incurred while operating the Smooter.
6. Returns and Refunds

Unopened Units: Can be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
